Junaid is the founder and the vision behind the 'Structuring Creativity Foundation'. Junaid founded the Structuring Creativity Foundation with a vision to enable youth to plan and live a better version of their lives by finding meaning in their life and fulfilment at work.
- Junaid has a couple of MS Degrees - one in Psychology and another in Electrical Engineering.
- Junaid has extensive Industry experience as a Design Practitioner working with organisations such as Adobe, Oracle, ABB, IBM, Intel, etc in his career spread over fifteen years.
- Junaid is also a Designing Your Life (DYL) Coach and Facilitator.
- Junaid is also the author of the self-help book 'Creating Your Life in 101 Steps' and a fiction novel 'And We Remained'.

The 'Structuring Creativity Foundation' has a group of professionals from different backgrounds who have come together to enable individuals to plan and live a better version of their lives. The team of collaborators and advisors has educators, investors, managers, designers, artists, movie makers, communication professionals, book authors and co-founders of companies.
Most of us have taken some off-beaten paths to get to where we are and have gained a wealth of unique experiences. We have a collective experience of 100+ years in different areas and domains.
We are committed to give back to the community by helping those who need counselling and guidance, especially to those who want to carve out a niche for themselves.

Harish is a Founder, Serial entrepreneur and Investor. With an MBA from Columbia University, Harish is also is a 'O' level certified Cricket Coach and a member of the Board of Studies at SIT, Tumkur.
SHEKAR
Shekar has a MFA from Chitrakala Parishath, Bangalore. Shekar is an artist, a movie maker and a designer with more than 20 years of industry experience in the creative field.
KESHAV
Keshav is a Global Project Manager and Associate Director with overall experience of about 20 years in ERP (SAP) implementation projects & services
JEEVENDAR
Jeev is a Technical Program Manager with about 17 years of experience in IT. Jeev is passionate about Indian share market.
MANU
Manu is a national panel cricket umpire with BCCI and a scientist with ISRO. He has 16 years of experience in space technology, and a deep passion for sports.

Farhan comes with more than 15 years of experience in the field of Communications, Marketing & Journalism.

Asma is a counsellor, freelance writer and a book translator. She has a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology with an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering.
PRIYA
Priya has a Bachelor's in Fashion Design in Apparel design from NIFT, Bangalore. 10+years experience in apparel and fashion industry.
Dr ANEESA
Aneesa is a PhD in BioChemistry and worked as a PostDoctoral fellow at IISc, Bangalore. Aneesa is currently an Associate Professor at Dayanand Sagar University.
